I aim to dispatch items that are in stock as quickly as  possible after receiving your order, usually within 1-2 working days. Items that are not in stock or are personalised will be made to order and will therefore take longer to dispatch, usually 1-2 weeks. 

I hope you’ll love everything I make as much I do. In the rare event however that you don’t you may return an item within 2 weeks of it’s receipt for a full refund or replacement. All items must be undamaged and please pack it in the original packaging if you can. It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for postage and I can’t take responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and packaging costs are not refundable unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.

Due to the nature of personalised or custom-made goods I cannot offer a refund on these items. If however an error has been made or the glass is damaged I will offer either a full refund or replace the item with no further cost to you.
